Welcome. If you're here, it's because you have AOL or another ISP (Internet Service Provider) that will boot you offline if you're idle for too long. I sympathise. Now that you've loaded this page up, just minimise it or put it somewhere where it's not in your way, and it will automatically refresh every 3 minutes, thus keeping your browser busy and making your ISP think you're not idle. Clever, eh? :-)
The code I used, if you ever want to use it in your Web site or anywhere, is:
<meta http-equiv="Refresh" content="180">
The 180 is the number of seconds it waits before refreshing ... 180 seconds = 3 minutes. Just substitute whatever number you want. And the code goes between the <head> and the </head> tags, at the top of the page code.
